Outdoor shelter rental is available year round, however, venue rentals are only available March through mid-October.
This circa 1840s plantation house is located on the bluff overlooking the headwaters of the Cooper River and is ideal for weddings, receptions, family reunions and other events. The two-story house is raised, and the under-story is paved with brick and lighted for evening events. The first floor is furnished with period reproduction furnishings, which offer comfort while stepping back in time.
